Direct Mail
All campaigns are split into initiatives (cell or promo codes). Each response recorded onto the database is recorded against each initiative and campaign allowing instant analysis of response rates by campaigns, initiatives and demographics. Both list and pack costs are included such that the cost of a campaign can be assessed against the revenue allowing analysis of profit by demographic. Through the demographic data provided, it is possible to produce a wide variety of reports including the following:

  • List Supplier Performance
  • Demographic Profiling of Response
  • Date and Time of Response to analysis Mail Delivery Performance

Telemarketing
Telemarketing provides one-on-one contact with your customers. In the process of selling to the customer, the phone operator is able to ascertain what the customer's decisions are in making their purchase. With this information recorded onto the system - Response Reports can be produced detailing an overview of your customers opinions.

Models and Simulations
Reports, traditionally show historic data - but in some cases it is possible to extrapolate trends according to certain variables. Heathmill Multimedia have created a wide variety of models including the following:

Subscriber Base Prediction
By Issue, Renewal Rate, Acquisition Response and Average Subscription Lengths.

Call Volume Calculators
To assess call centre staffing levels according to established call profiles and mailing patterns.

Through iterative techniques the model will re-evaluate the mail out pattern such to 'flatten' the response to increase the efficiency of the response processing operation, minimising the 'Monday Morning' effect.

Telephone Reports
A server dedicated to reporting purposes generates telephone reports. This server contains a live link to the call centre data and CTI activity. The standard reports are listed below, these reports are usually used for reporting back to clients on a daily or weekly basis.

We can also provide more in depth reports usually required on an ad-hoc basis, previously these included reports that show how often certain customers call, month on month analysis of call flows and reports to show how many calls are happening at any one time.
All reports are designed in house, and can be exported in various formats including rtf (Word compatible) and Excel. The reports can also be run from the clients sites so that they can see in real time all activity.

Financial Reports

The Heathmill profit system is designed to cater for our customers accounting, as accounting is fundamental function in any part of the business. We provide several accounting reports tailor made for the subscription service, some of which are listed below. The extensive flexible reporting that we provide will allow you to make better financial decisions for your business. We design the accounting reports to be as flexible and as powerful as possible to cater for special needs that inevitably arise.

The system incorporates full accounting and audit trail functions. This provides you with the accounting data for analysis and allows quick, easy tracking of

the source of each entry. This aids the reconciliation of data, and more detailed results to be obtained.
